RUSHVILLE, [IN]—Residents of Rushville, Indiana wonder why they were targeted by apparent members of the United Northern and Southern Knights of the Ku Klux Klan. Leaflets were distributed to multiple homes in the city's northwest section on Easter morning. The flyer features a picture of a cross lain over a bible, with the proclaimation, "For God Race and Nation." The flyer lists the United Northern and Southern Nights of the Ku Klux Klan and gives a web address. The Rush County Sheriff's Office caught up with the man distributing the leaflets and told him to go back and pick up all the flyers. CUMBERLAND COUNTY, [PA]—Surprising testimony in federal court Thursday suggests the government’s case against Troy Beam may be less airtight than it seemed when prosecutors rested their case Wednesday. Beam, 47, of Hopewell Township, Cumberland County, is accused of using phony trusts and offshore accounts to hide income earned as a landlord and homebuilder in Cumberland and Franklin counties for about 20 years. IRS officials claim he owes about $1 million on unreported income since 1992. The trusts were shams, prosecutors said, because they were designed exclusively to avoid tax liability and were not actually run by trustees. Beam allegedly bought his trust documents from Save A Patrio

UNITED STATES, [US]—A weighty topic is getting plenty of attention lately, in the movies and online. We're talking about the end of the world and predictions that it might happen very soon. There are also a lot of people who call those predictions "out of this world". The focus, for now, is on 2012 which is a year of great significance to the ancient Mayans. Their calendar is said to end December 21, 2012. View More>>

UNITED STATES, [US]—From the beginning, President Barack Obama has been forced to issue disclaimers: That he wasn't born in Kenya. That he's not a Muslim trained in a madrassa. That he doesn't hate whites. Even as the rest of the world admired our ability to transcend a racially divided past, some Americans have nursed what can best be described as a phobia. The distrust of foreigners, Muslims, Mexicans, blacks, Arabs, Jews, has become so potent, it threatens to undermine all we've worked toward as a nation. View More>>

DENVER, [CO]—When Denver’s new mayor gets elected on May 3, he or she will only have a few days before their first protest during their administration occurs. Members of several local activist/anarchist groups are expected to hold their second protest march of the year, again aimed at the broad issue of police brutality and specifically the death of Marvin Booker during his incarceration at the Van Cise-Simonet Detention Center on July 9, 2010. Representatives from Denver Anarchist Black Cross, West Denver Copwatch, Queen City Antifa, among other local activist groups, are promoting a protest march slated for May 6, three days after the mayoral election, to keep the issue of Booker’s d
