WASHINGTON, [DC]--A D.C. resident who sympathized with ISIS bought an automatic weapon that he wanted to use to start a "race war," federal prosecutors say. Clark Calloway, 38, was arrested by FBI agents Thursday after he arranged to buy an AK-47 from an FBI informant, court documents say. He faces federal charges of possession of a firearm by a felon and transportation of a firearm with the intent to commit a felony. CHAMBERSBURG, [PA]--A Chambersburg man who previously claimed the laws didn't apply to him was sentenced to jail after a simple assault conviction. James Wallace Kendall, 53, was convicted of simple assault, reckless endangerment of another person and summary criminal mischief. In early hearings on the incident, Kendall rejected the court process, saying he was a sovereign citizen and that the laws of the country did not apply to him. MANHATTAN, [NY]--A man accused of a violent, hate-fueled attack on a New York street allegedly yelled "white power" and "get out of my country," while kicking the victim. The forty-eight-year-old man approached and repeatedly kicked the victim -- whose ethnicity was not disclosed -- in the legs, according to the New York Police Department. The incident happened on Monday in midtown Manhattan at around 10:30 a.m. The man asked the victim if he was an immigrant, then said, "Go back to your country.
