MORRISTOWN, [KY]--Following his release from federal prison in Kentucky on July 31, reputed white supremacist Jason Kelley immediately reestablished himself as a substantial drug customer by tossing a pair of cellphones over the prison wall to inmates who were willing to pay about $2,500 for the luxury of communicating with people on the outside, according to court documents.
