OKLAHOMA CITY, [OK]—Charles Alan DYER is wanted for failure to appear on a felony charge in Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma. On August 12, 2011, DYER's residence was burned down and he did not appear in court on August 15, 2011.  DYER was charged with failure to appear and a state arrest warrant was issued in Stephens County, Oklahoma, on August 15, 2011. MISSOULA, [MT]—David Earl BURGERT is wanted in the District of Montana for violating terms of his supervised release.  He is also wanted for firing upon Missoula County Sheriff's deputies on June 12, 2011. BURGERT has intense hatred and hostility towards law enforcement and the government. He is a former member of the "Project 7" militia. JEFFERSON CITY, [MO]—Timothy Thomas COOMBS, otherwise known as James Wilson or Cal Liberty, is wanted for first degree assault, armed criminal action and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. He is a suspect in the 1994 shooting of a Missouri State Highway Patrol Trooper, who was shot sniper-style through the kitchen window of his home. COOMBS embraces sovereign citizen as well as white supremacist beliefs. The FBI is offering a $100,000 reward in this case.  COOMBS is considered armed and extremely dangerous. SEATTLE, [WA]—On January 19, 2006, a federal grand jury in Eugene, Oregon, indicted Josephine Sunshine OVERAKER on multiple charges related to her alleged role in a domestic terrorism cell. OVERAKER was charged with two conspiracy violations related to seventeen incidents, five counts of arson, one count of attempted arson, and one count of destruction of an energy facility. These crimes occurred in Oregon, Washington, California, Colorado, and Wyoming, and date back to 1996. SAN FRANCISCO, [CA]—Daniel Andreas SAN DIEGO, an animal rights extremist, is wanted for his alleged involvement in two bombings in the San Francisco, California, area. On August 28, 2003, two bombs exploded approximately one hour apart on the campus of a biotechnology corporation in Emeryville. Then, on September 26, 2003, one bomb strapped with nails exploded at a nutritional products corporation in Pleasanton. SAN FRANCISCO, [CA]—Ronald Stanley BRIDGEFORTH is wanted for his alleged involvement in attacks on law enforcement officials in California, including the August 29, 1971, attack on San Francisco's Ingleside Police Station in which a Police Sergeant was shot and killed. Law enforcement investigation determined that this act of violence was committed by members of an extremist group known as the Black Liberation Army (BLA). BRIDGEFORTH was alleged to be a member of the BLA. BUCKS COUNTY, [PA]—Elizabeth Anna Duke is wanted for her alleged involvement in a series of criminal activities during the late 1970's and early 1980's. She was allegedly a member of the radical group known as the May 19th Communist Organization which advocated communism and the violent overthrow of the United States Government. Duke was arrested in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, in May of 1985 for her alleged participation in this group, but was released on bail.
