ALBUQUERQUE, [NM]--According to reports, charges against leaders of the Aggressive Christianity Missions Training Corps include over 100 counts of criminal sexual penetration of a minor and multiple charges of child abuse. Cibola County Sheriff Tony Mace tells The Associated Press on Tuesday that investigators found a number of children during a raid of the Aggressive Christianity Missions Training Corps in remote Fence Lake, New Mexico. The site is laced with anti-Semitic language and anti-gay tirades about same-sex marriage, prompting the Southern Poverty Law Center to list the Aggressive Christianity Missions Training Corps as a hate group. "The sheriff" s office started investigating the group last year when two members, who said they'd escaped, told deputies that Deborah Green and Miller had let the latter's 12-year-old son die of the flu in 2014. Gudino said Green kept her 8-year-old son and threatened him harm if she didn't complete her chores and later learned that sect members had physically abused the boy. Peter Green faces 100 counts of criminal sexual penetration of a child. Identified as a "General" on the group's website, Deborah is accused of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old Ugandan girl possibly smuggled into the country with fraudulent papers. Photos on the Aggressive Christianity Missions Training Corps' website show the members in action. The girl told police she was treated like a slave and regularly whipped, and that Deborah's son-in-law, Peter Green, raped her until she was 9. "(Deborah Green) told me, 'God was angry at you, ' and she made me pull weeds, move rocks and do all kinds of physical work for punishment". The Cibola County Sheriff's Office says deputies arrested Deborah Green, Peter Green, Joshua Green, and Stacey Miller of the Aggressive Christianity Missions Training Corps Sunday morning. View More>>
